Shipping Germany

For shipping within Germany we charge 6.99 € per shipment.
For orders over 149.99 €, shipping within Germany is free.

For products that can be delivered immediately, the goods will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment via DHL. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email with which you can track your package.

Returns Germany

The right of withdrawal applies. Please withdraw no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation form

For returns within Germany, please use the enclosed DHL return label. Attach the sticker to the closed package and hand the package over to DHL for return.

 

Shipping EU

For shipping within the EU we charge 15.99 € per shipment.

For products that are available for immediate delivery, the goods will be dispatched via UPS within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. As soon as the goods have been dispatched, you will receive an email that you can use to track your package.

Returns EU

We will then send you a UPS return label by email. Attach the label to the closed package and drop the package off at UPS for return.
