Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. If you ordered from Germany, a DHL return label will be included with your shipment.
For orders outside Germany, please contact our customer service to receive a UPS return label via email.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
